This is the second year Scott and Jill have had a big back to school BBQ and it is such a great night. Leah has been so excited and tell us all about the activities she had planned for weeks . . . make that months! She was so exctied to show the girls all the different "stations" she had planned out and the girls had a blast. They had a kid-wash which was a hit and they had panning for gold station and of course the playground area. The girls had a blast playing with all of their friends and then we were treated to an amazing BBQ. We had some of Scott and Jill's home grown beef (so lean and yummy!) and lots of different sides. This year after the BBQ they set up a big screen outside and we all watched a family movie - Marmaduke under the stars complete with smores. It was such a fun night with our friends and it makes the sting of the end of summer a bit easier to take when we get a big final bash like this to celebrate!
